This is a long 'bank holiday' in our country (maybe in yours too). The meeting will be held on a camping site.
The camping site is called 'De Heische Tip', adress there is: 'Straatsven 4' and is located near the small town of 'Zeeland' in the province 'Noord-Brabant' of the Netherlands, europe.
Hopefully the club will present a road map on their site for international visitors soon. The dutch clubsite is www.412club.nl and the german one is: http://www.vw411-412besitzer.de/
One the german site, the international meeting is mentioned under 'Termine' including a link/look at the camping site with a phone number of the camping itself or you visit the link yourself: www.deheischetip.nl
You can also rent a wooden chalet/bungalow there as I understand.
Translated from the german site:
The costs of staying on the camping itself (you bring your tent or caravan) are 18 € /per night/per place. Plus 1€ taxes because its a 'spa' per person / per day! (don't even ask me what that is for..) These costs are for the camping. There is no 'entrance fee' for this 'meeting' (its very laid back usually andmore a family get-together by nature)
Friday we all have a barbecue together (tradition each year), the dutch club will bring a large grill and coal but each person has to take care of his own food he wants to put on the grill.
Also a tradition is that on saturday there is a common dinner will be held.
The dinner is a warm and cold buffet (sp?). Kids will be taken care off regarding there dinners. This will be held in a large room of the camping site building, where all your liquid 'needs' can be catered for
The costs of the buffet/dinner will be € 17,50 per person for adults and € 5,50 per child.
Achtung !!! The 412 Club Holland needs to know untill thursday before the meeting how many will attend the dinner, please let this be known before thursday if you plan to come only as off friday or saturday.

I hope I have translated the above it as accurate as possible, no responsibilities taken tho
They hope to gather 40 type 4's which would be an all time record these days. The dutch club exists already from 1981 and when they were new, more cars have been counted, but some 25 years later, 40 cars would be awesome.
So, bring you and your type 4 over to make some unique photo's of a field full of type 4's!
I am not the official contact of the club, but for questions you can mail the adress mentioned or maybe I/we (?) can help you in this thread here
CU there,
Walter
