bad cylinder head

Hey guys my 73 thing has a bad cylinder head on the drivers side. Nut my mechanic doesn't want to work on it. I am in Tallahassee Florida, and need to know where to take it or send it to get the best job. Repair it or replace it ???

New heads are less than $200.
