New member. I am very impressed with wiring diagrams.
Turn signals work intermittently
Emergency flasher does not work
Head lights are on high beam and will not dim.
Under left access panel: Light switch with 7 pins, 4 pin relay on firewall
Under right panel: Hazard lights switch with 6 or 7 pins
All Bulbs and fuses appear ok.

Welcome to the forums douglowe1445. Glad to have you lets see some pics of that 73 Thing. Speedy Jim knows wiring he will be able to help you, there are also some other guys here that are great with wiring. Somebody will post soon and help you out.
Hot, humid air is less dense than cooler, drier air. This can allow a golf ball to fly through the air with greater ease, as there won't be as much resistance on the ball.

What wiring diagrams are you referring to? I suspect you have a worn 4 way and turn signal switch. I had this same situation on one of my (many) Things a few years ago. I ended up taking it to a fellow VW expert to diagnose because as it turns out I have far too many defects to track the problem. Top make matters worse, I was fixing the wiring after the car had been under the knife for years and had too many ghosts to track the system.
