Yes, let the hate begin.NOS 74 thing Exhaust Price: 1,800
For Sale NOS 74 Thing exhaust system. Let the hate begin $1,800 + shipping this has been sitting around collecting dust and its time to sell it as i am selling my thing. Yes i am out of my mind on the price of this system but if you can find an NOS system these days then you know why its priced the way it is. I hate parting with this but i need the money to finish my 71 Super beetle.

I will be have some of them NOS genuine VW for sale real soon.
The price will be between 700-800 US $ a piece.
I know on Monday the exact date of delivery.
The last of them sold 650 US $ each and the last one sold on January.
Shipping to US is about 175 US $ (I have shipped to NY and Canada)
And ofcourse WAY less if we go surface but it is SLOW...

I have a complete new OE German powder coated 73 Thing unit that is being sold for $450
A number of years ago I had a custom made Thing merged header fabricated with new high volume, high performance Danish heater boxes and a Phat boy muffler and it was way less that 1/3 of that price.

I know of a complete, drivable car (73 Thing) in good shape with the original exhaust for that price !
