Rice forum

how about a rice forum? at times there is a lot of bickering and flaming on these forums, but i think one thing we can all agree on is how fun it is to make jokes about rice!! and to tell stories about frying some on the street or on the strip, just a general rice forum where we could talk about fast rice, slow rice, poser rice, $$$ rice, stuff like that. just a thought, but it might be worth a shot!

I disagree, we're here to talk about VW's. When I built my car I didn't think to myself, "Oh boy, now I can beat a Honda." But, that's just me. If you guys get a lot of people to agree, then that's great.

I'd like to see something like that. I would think it would be funny to see that, and fun to hear more stories about the dumbass Children of the Rice.

yeah it would all be in good fun. superdrag73, i know where your coming from but it would just be funny stories, rice news and stuff like that. hopefully nobody would take it too seriously.

A better use of space would be a general discussion forum where all posts on all subjects are welcome.
A place for Rants and quarrels and such, that way the specific forums can be used for what they are intended for. An it would allow moderators to move a post rather than delete or lock it.

I don't know... all of the "ricer" forums I have seen have really bad general forums.. lots of flaming, lots of crap! I am not opposed to a place to talk about things other than VW's.... but wouldn't want it to be a place to flame...

That makes much more sense than a Rice Only forum, i'd really like a general discuccion forum, just to post random, OT, or funny non vw related stuff (rice stories included:-)
