You betcha!
I'll think of a way to repay you for it.

How many do you per ressi? I may want some if you're taking orders.

I would have to charge a little in order to cover the material costs if I make more, but they would be cheap, like $7 + shipping. They are 3/8" thick so you using 1 per resi should be fine. I'll try just 1 on mine and report back here. FWIW, I was planning on using 2 per resi, but, again, I don't think it's necessary.

I've left it open for now as I'm running out of time quickly. Gotta get this baby to the dunes, get my fix, then bring it home and build the front end. Maybe after that I'll close that "ugly weld" area. :?

Will do. I'll try to get a better price than the ballpark figure I threw out before.

I made a prototype axle spline cover today. Gotta try it out with a CV installed, but I think it'll work great at protecting the splines.
Stay tuned.....

If it's not a lot of extra trouble to make two different sizes I'd like to get 8. I have the FOA 2.0 on the front and the FOA 2.5 on the back.

It'll take some reprogramming, but nothing too major. Aren't the resi's on 2.5 shocks the same size as the 2.0's?

No... I think they are 2" but I'll go check.

I guess I should clarify that the clamps I made are to clamp a 2" dia. tube to a 1-1/2" dia. tube. In this case, my resi's are 2" and my rollbars are 1-1/2".

Mine are the same on the front. The back shocks are FOA 2.5 with 2.5"dia. ressi's clamped to a 1.5" frame.

This weekend, with the help of 73AZ, my dad and my daughter, the sandrail is dune ready, except for the passenger seat being installed and the shift linkage working. I have it "stuck" in first gear in order to get it to on the trailer and off to charge the shocks with nitrogen. I'll fix the shift linkage this coming weekend.
I tried 2 of the resi clamps and I was correct that 1 would hold the resi just fine.
I took a picture of it with the tires on it, but that one seems to have perished. I'll take another one sometime this week.
