I have just patched the file that was causing the issue. The errors should not be re-occuring now.

A fix is in the works. Think we have discovered problem. All is really working fairly normally. Error message is being produced because someone has entered an invalid email address and it has messed up the subscribe to thread auto response system.
Please use the board as normal. Everything should work. We will get the glitch ironed out.
