First load was from when we started the idea to see if it would actually work. It worked. Temps for the 2.0 8v never went over 95 degrees. This was done by using a Honda Civic dual core radiator and some scoops. Pipes run the length of the car from front to back going down the middle of the car.


New set-up has started and that calls for the same idea, just a WHOLE lot neater. Mk1 golf radiator is about twice the size. SO we've had to rework the nose of the car. We took the shell off, flipped it over and cut the nose liners out and spread them about another 10cm to fit the bigger radiator in. From outside and inside the car you won't see anything.
