My car is torn down and I'm getting ready to work on the chassis end of it. I'm going to build a sub-frame for the front end, etcetera. It will take me a couple of years to get it done so I should have enough time to get capable in building an induction system. I really want to BUILD the system and not bolt it on for a sense of self esteem. I have been changing parts for 35 years. It gets boring at this point. Half of the sh.t a factory system has is bloat because it is proprietary and they are making it difficult to go around.

A microsquirt with 8 foot harness is only $369. You've spent that much in time figuring out how to add compensation to an antiquated factory system.

If I was primarily motivated by being a consumer, knowledge would be of a lesser importance. I don't like/respect the method mass production FI makers implement managing the A/F ratio anyway. A computer should compute and not fetch data from a graph/map.
