I'm actually going with 26mm bars in my other Super. I'm going higher spring rate, smaller sways(19mm stock front with urethane bushings, 15mm 944 rear bar). 150# springs onthe front.

well, I guess last question. I plan on replacing the bushings in the rear this weekend. Should I just throw the 23.5s right in there, or try stock first?

Don't bother with stock if you're planning to autocross

No plans for autocross, but I do drive kind of hard from time to time

If you have access to 23.5s I suggest using them. I don't find the suspension overly stiff at all. Firmer, certainly, but not punishing.
