With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

If I choose the Saab bypass valve. I have a few V8 type valve cover breather filters laying around.

Where’s the best place to get V-band parts for 2”?
And do I need a restrictor on the oil feed?

Amazon has pretty good prices in Vbands.
And what size is your oil feed line?

I've kind of switched to Summit Racing for a lot of my non VW stuff due to the really reasonable shipping rates they have.
CB Performance is just killer on shipping and there are others that are really pricey too.
I shipped a set of tires and a couple 2.5 inch tubing bends along with some Brad Penn oil all for $9.99 shipping.
CBP wanted almost double that just to ship the oil!!!!!

You kind of need to shop around......I have an extensive bookmark section of lots of my fav places.......I always check shipping before hitting the buy button.

Thanks for the info.
I have nothing, yet for my oil feed. Would love to find something pre made with fittings.

I found mine at a local speed shop. All set up with the banjo fitting and everything!

I see summit has -4 AN hose for oil pressure gauges. Would that work?
And what’s a local speed shop? Lol

Looks like my turbo is .42 air and .48 exhaust. If that makes any sense.

Yep. That's a pretty common size little turbo. Probably from a Volvo or Saab. I had one of those on my car when I first built it. It was OK. I have a small turbo from a WRX that I like better. But the little T3 didn't work terrible.
Here you can see the oil feed on the top of it. That was a -4 line. I think a -3 would have been even better, but my drain wasn't right at that time so I saw a bit of smoke

The turbo is off an ‘82 Saab. Is it a T3? The flange really doesn’t match any online dimensions that I have found. T2,T25...?

It's probably T3 flanges. I think they are actually called something like a TB03 or something like that if I remember right.
