So I guess the question still stands... What is a streetable head for a 4" bore on a T5?
... Patiently waiting and trying to go 4" on the street

None have been made yet, imho. Unless you run alcohol in the engine.

How well can the wasser heads be made to flow?
Well enough to make it worth having a small radiator?...;-)

Autocraft 910 heads are avaliable in the wbx stud pattern.
The CB street eliminators have enough meat to be drilled in the wbx pattern if you could get blank heads.

I know this thread is old as dirt but I wanted to get the word out that I am working on adding at least 2 full fins to the CE Heads to specifically make them more streetable for my 2498cc turbo as well as for others. i am offering the service on the samba classified.

dear sirs,
we are using cylinderheads similar to the street eliminator layout but made in germany.
They are made from the best aluminium available, heat treated, coated with black ceramic and they are cnc machined.
This heads are available ex stock to be mounted on wbx housings - we use the following bores, pistons and cylinders are also available on request.
1. 98mm
2. 100mm
3. 102,7mm
We build street, rally and race engines with this heads since more then 10 years.
Here is the configuration of our last years rally engine:
cam config used with 1,25 ratio: 13,25 mm max lift, 324/328 duration 106° center to center
comp ratio 11,5:1
valve inlet 46mm 5mm stem exhaust 40mm 6mm stem
bore 100mm
stroke 82mm
Inlet 48mm IDA with custom made stacks
exhaust 48mm header
This engine is making 220 HP and 285 Nm of torque, and this at rel. low revs.
If you use an other cam setup you can realize up to 240 HP.
This heads are also good for turbo applications, since they are very stabil and heat resistant, they never bend and we never lost a valveseat.
On demand i can send pictures by mail - tried to attache them here but they where too big in data volume.
Best reg from Krautland
Dirk

what about asking mofoco if he'd send some unfinished heads?
