I like the idea of a 911 engine tranny combo in a 412 2 door.

The 901 tranny would be a 3 hour hook up. Its dimensions..and most imporantly. the tail cone configuration are nearly identical to the 004 four speed. A slave cylinder with external bracket like that used on the 091 tranny could easyily be built to push the clutch lever. Shift linkage may need some work...but it should be straight forward. Ray
