Tim the link race-desert posted give you livetiming. They both have made over 200 miles at this moment.

Thanks Ed. My computer at work isn't showing it.

Not sure about the livetiming though. Now it is saying the Manxter may not have moved and the Towed is at 417 but before the Manxter was over 200 so I don't know I guess LOL.

OK after looking at it again the Manxter may be having some trouble but running down Hwy 1 at about 60mph and should be with the Towed soon I think.

Maybe they fell asleep from the lack of sleep.

Looks to me like the manx skipped the last offroad stage of the day and either was towed into bay of LA or drove in on the highway.
The towd looked like it finished the whole thing under its own power.
There is no cell service in Bay of LA as far as I know and probably no wifi. Maybe tomorrow night they'll be able to post an update.

Looking at the tracking site, it seems both cars are still at Bay of LA. The NORRA site is currently down, so I don't know if they should have started already or not.

Whoa I was totally confused there for a sec. I saw you post, Ricko, and thought "wait, aren't you one of the drivers?!" Then I realized I thought that because I spent some time reading through your build thread last night.

Update for today (from what I can tell)
The manxter is still in Bay of LA (Since Sunday night). And from the live results seems to me out of the race completely.
The Towd made it through yesterday and is set to start out of Loreto at 8:50 (PDT).

Its impressive that Manx made it that far in as much as he finished the build almost at the last minute so not much "pushing it" testing could have been done.
It was an impressive build to watch being done.
The Tow'd was also fun to watch although there wasn't as much detail.

If you're broken down in BOLA, just go to Guillermo's, sit under the palapas and drink margaritas...

Well today is the last day and the Towd seems to be making it's way down to San Jose del Cabo.

Robby Gordon is still the race leader, but Ryan Arciero and his dad in his vintage buggy are pretty close behind! Hopefully the vintage buggy takes the overall win!

Hopefully they all traveled south... even just to see the area. The roads change quite a bit south of Guerrero Negro
