I just looked at their site and didn't see anything so I sent them an email requesting more info.
What did they cost you?

I did the same
How did you mod the heads just took out material
Read some where that the guys use T1 valves and drop the seats +-5mm
and gain around 35cc that way any other sugestions

hi
Just came home from JPM in sweden now ,where i tested the engine last year
This was just a dynopull .
Map'ing is done by myself on the street
Pretty happy with the numbers:
343HP/506NM

DAAAYYYUUUMMM!
I bet you're proud papa aren't you!
By the way, is this the current specificaiton for it?
Engine
WBX DJ engine case (watercooled)
WBX 76mm stock crank
Wiseco 96mm forged piston
Static compression 8.4:1
Engle TCS-10 (type 1) Cam
Hydraulic lifters
Modified heads (compression). Stock valves (exhaustvalves: 34mm(soduim filled) & intakevalves: 40mm)
T3/T4 Hybrid turbo
PWR Water to Air intercooler
40mm Wastegate
38mm Pop-off valve
Bosch "green top" 400cc/min nozzles (high impedance)

Do you have the dyno chart for this posted somewhere yet?
What CR are you running with your modified heads?

8.0:1 comp.
The dynochart is almost identical to the one posted earlier , as with the milder cam.
That surprised me a lot , as the engine does not feel tha same at all
Maybe i'm fooled by the higher hp/torque numbers.
I think (and hope) converting to dual throttle bodies like the CB ones, would make it breathe better at higher RPM's.
I have also a set of heads in the make , wuth larger valves.
And swapping to a "turbo" cam with less overlap.
I had ordered a WEbcam on 112 Lobecenters , but it was delayed , so the Engle K-8 went in to see what diference higher duration would make.
Maybe the exhaust pressure is to high and/or to small turbine on the turbo..?

Just seen this. Holy cow! From just 2200 cc and stockish heads/valves
At what boost this you achieve this?? And at which rpm?
What is your (minimum) opening time from those large 875cc injectors at idle?
Oh, and which sort of tranny do you have that holds all that powerrrr?
Thanks,
Walter

Wally i think he is using a 091 bus box.

thx Wally. yes good numbers.
The heads are "stock" ; Stock valves34/40 . i have only grinded a little bit in the ports to remove the leftovers from the casting+ straighten out som lumps .
I'm running ca 1.25 Bar in boost and E85
The "chamber" in the heads have been modified only to lower compresion
MAx torque is achived @ 4560RPM and max HP @ 5480.
i had 332HP@ the wheels
The torque curve is far from ideal... it only rises to a peak ...and then drops down again.I hope this will be better as i had made up a set of new heads with 38/43mm valves and swapping the stock plenum and runners with shorter and bigger runners.or if i go with dual TB's.
Also have a "turbocam" that is going in.
The
The tranny is a 002 5 rib with geneBerg intermediate housing and Albins gears + ZF LSD.it holds up even on the track with trackbite... so far

the numbers are coming from mysef , tuning in the neigbourhood using my big Ass ,as dyno

and Wideband.
Could mostly have squeezed out some more HP numbers spending a day at the dyno..ffine tuning
but this dynorun was only for measuring HP/torque

Very impressive fastback! great work!
I miss the sound of a turbo wbx motor. Can't wait to put my motor back together and in me 1302 german looker. Still some work to go yet!
