Good to be back, I have been online only via my phone since marchish, moved to new digs, took awhile to get cable.
The late watercooled motor vanagon factory headers had same pairing and similar general layout, although the headpipes differ due ti t1 vs. t4 port locations... It might be worth adapting one for a turbo t1 motor. (main difference is one crossover back/1 front.)

GoWesty sells this 100% USA made setup for ~same or less than the mild steel Dansk replacement exhausts...
A lot of folks would ~kill for a fully SS exhaust like that for a t4 at any remotely similar price.

Tangerine makes something similar - mine fits everything under stock beetle tin including t3/t4 turbo and air filter. Sorry I have been absent - currently battling electromotive gremlins that need to be tamed.

Pro tip with electromotive - don't run MSD super conductor wires. Have some Taylor pro series arriving tomorrow with the correct ohm/ft spec to reduce RFI/EMI noise.

Just needs a slide section in the crossover pipes, would accommodate any width.
Could also be supplied with 2 pairs of flanges for end user to finish as needed.
The stub flanges provide enough play for most setups.
Did you make your own head stubs or use emw/trimill etc units?
Someone here also made nice cnc stubs, just need flanges or welded on.
(dont recall who but it was a regular here)
Tangerine makes something similar but it costs more than most folks paid for their cars.

Tiger at A1 did the stubs and sold me the flanges. I got the tubes and collectors from a different vendor

Super nice eaxhaust headers man! I really like the 4-2-1 layout. What works well in N/A form, usually works just as well (but then twice) boosted.

Will update this shortly once I get the motor back together
Had an issue with the cylinders and cam/lifters - but it should be resolved soon.

Great thread, but it would be really great if the pics moved off of photo bucket, as nobody can see them because photo bucket blurs all the images.
I've got to think about some sort of forum plugin that would pull all the images off photobucket and store them locally in the forum.
