With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

Can’t wait to see this thing running.

Only problem I see is the supercharger pulley is too big. 😂

Good thing I had a smaller one made just in case theory didn't match practice.

There is an awful amount of wires to terminate.

Got the dash 3D printed and it and the screen installed.

New tires and wheels installed and a bunch of the sensors and outputs wired.

Hopefully I'll get another day soon to continue.

Long time coming, but nothing smoked on initial power up. Comms with 8X8 expander not working but once I get that sorted I can start testing sensors, etc.

Thank you. I have admired your power making exploits. I got to the point of rolling it out to attempt a start last weekend. Put about a gallon of E85 in and turned on the fuel pump to pressure test and had a couple of small weeps at the welds where 2 injector hats go into the fuel logs. Took it all apart and they are at the welding shop awaiting a professional tig job.

Yes, very satisfying that nothing blew up after sitting for so many years.

So you're running a MAF sensor on this? Seems with all that you have going on with your project you'd loose the MAF sensor for the simplicity of the wiring and plumbing etc.

Any more info on your dash setup? I want to do something similar with my Karmann Ghia.

Just a couple of wires and not much plumbing. Why MAF? Because I want to. Lol

Pi 4 running Tuner Studio to a 12.3" display. I designed and printed the housing. Had to hack up the dash on the car, but function over form.

About the 10th cardboard template to get it how I wanted.
