His goal is 250 hp and up to 300 hp............

Clone nailed it. It will depend on the boost I can make and if the combo will still be making power at 7000+ or falling off. If I don't see at least 250rwhp my life is over...

90* IAT's at 7000 rpm and 20.0 lbs. boost will get you to 290 FWhp which should be 250 whp at 15% loss. Should be a piece of cake for you.MarioVelotta wrote: βWed Apr 15, 2020 7:35 amClone nailed it. I really need to rev the crap out of my engine.....this 5500 rpm is killing me.

When your not used to revving your engine it's super scary. Sounds like it's gonna blow! When I was revving mine to 6000 the other day it was terrible! Even though I have a rev limited set at 6200 it's still scary!

Re: 250HP+ 1600DP Mouse Motor
stock engines don't like to rev i found, my 2110 really wanted to and just flew up the revs like it was meant to. my old 1200 wasn't so keen lol

I've spent very little time with tuning. I took the whole fuel table down about 40% from the generated table once it was running then I turned the TPSdot down to 40 from 200 so it was active. I did didn't some time to sync the TBs. That took the longest
It could also be that it's about 9:1 static

8000+ rpms shoud be possible and your butt dyno will tell you when you should shift. I have never experienced a discrepansie between my butt and the actual curves from the dyno.
I found this old picture of the fuel system and the water/ice tank in my 67. It is a cool effect when you put dry ice in the water but the tech inspections usually do not agree. And a GREAT beer cooler too!

Re: 250HP+ 1600DP Mouse Motor
I heard a rumour lately regarding IATs.. For every degree over 21C, you loose 1hp
So keep those IATs down. I welded 2 700hp cores together for my engine now
