I know it is uphill battle to reduce the number of spam bots from registering to post their unwanted here. This might be a good approach.

http://www.kittenauth.com/ is still in alpha/beta but the same idea could be done with “select the tire” or “select the car part.”

So before you register/post here you must choose the required picture? I know it is hard to keep an open BBS and get rid of the pests.

I've heard rumor that the google bot can be programmed against this.. Steve may know about it.

Speaking of spam bots someone with a golf fetish has invaded us. I have noticed on every post that I have looked at this morning there is a misc golf post. Look up!
