cold start thermostat

this is only for to geeve small information on the cold start thermostat ,, pn,311-906-151c,,and dérivate,,, this thermostat is use with the cold start valve ,,, bosh ,,d,,injection,,i have open one of this thermostat and it is only a beemétal swith ajust for appx 32deg.f. i d,t have by mémory the exact temp for this therm. but appx that,, we can do a good substitute for that with , home freezer defrost thermostat for appx. 15.$ and plus with home freezer thermostat, we can buy that for différent degrés.f. examp. 20-30-32-35-40-d.f. it is sale for différent application , and wee can use the good degrees for what we need ,,he geeve the contact wend the cold temp is optain ,,,albert

Yes..you very well could substitute almost anything that will complete a ground at a specific temperature. I have even wired the ground up to a toggle switch on the dash when I had a bad thermotime switch...so I could turn it on when I needed it. Good information! Ray

yes ray , this thermostat make a very good job , it is on my car from one year ,, the quality of this thermostat , it is made for to support 10 amps to 110volts , the contact inside are very big , and plus the randge of this ther. is very long ,, he can support hi temp. ,, it is in your home fridge for to geeve the contact to the defrost heather ,, and stop this heather for the over-heat ,, and you can buy this ,therm. for différent degrées,f, all depend in what contry you live , if you living in hot contry , you buy for 45deg.f. and for cold contry 32d.f. he close the contact to this deg. wend it is on the 412 ,,albert

oh, if you want to see that,,, you take ,,,google,, picture,,, and you ask to, google,,,,defrost thermostat,,, and there you make your choice,,
