Again, those wheels look fantastic! Do you have any problem with the 7.5" wide wheels rubbing up front? Did you do any work to the arches? Did your car originally have the chrome arch trim?

hi mate

the wheels will only rub if i am doing a realy hard turn like a roundabout at speed so it not bad at all and there is no work done to the arches to get the wheels in but they are fiberglas wings. as for the chrome i dont know but wouldent mind some if you know a set going lol

Are the fiberglass wings one-off jobs or were they actually manufactured at some time? I'm assuming you are running adapters for your wheels, what thickness? I actually have several NOS sets of the chrome arch trim, but they are in storage far away and I don't know when I will be able to get to them. I'm actually not a big fan of the chrome, I think your car looks better without it, more German Look. Also, what size tire are you running?

i think the wings was made once as i had 3 412s last year an 2 had fiberglass wings but thats all i know dude dont know who or where made them sorry. yes i am runing addapters there steel and 25mm thick. the tyers are 225/45/17 out back with 205/50/17 upfront

i have been tempted to get the front addapters machined down to 20mm as there is about 10mm clerance behind the tyer so that would help with the little rubbing on hard corners but i aint in no rush

if and when you dig out the arch trim let me know dude as i might like a set on

cheers mate hope that helps
