making drop spindles
any one know how to make drop spindles I know you need two sets and know I can do the mod but how

You would need a lot of equipment to get them machined properly from what I understand.
Honestly it is probably cheaper to just buy a set from Rizzag than to risk doing it yourself.

Splitty Spindles?
I've made my own you just need access to a press to press apart then back together, check these links they should help.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

I got mine from Franklinsvwwerks. I watched him make a set, and beleave me, it's involved! You don't happen to have a 2 ton mill sitting in your garage do you? No...nether do I
, but for a few hundred of your hard earned dollars, you can get a set from Frank. Or check out Red9Design in the UK, Simons got a nice kit he sells.
