I'm working on a restoration for a local shop.

on the pans.. there are the factory "stubs" for the swiss cheese mats.

There are also little 1/4x1 thingies.. they loook like you'd stap somethign to them..

Any idea what they're for? I belive the pan is a 74.

They ...( if what I think you are talking about) are the tabs that are on the deck next to the tunnel are for the heater hose covers to lock into and a sheet metal screw holds the top.
