I heard you can use 2 sets of T4 to make ratio rockers for the WBX

No, the WBX engine using type 1 rockers, only change is that the adjust skrews are 9mm where a type 1 is 8 mm.

You can use the ratio rocker available for the type 1 engine on your WBX. Only causion is that the WBX have way less oil in the valve covers during driving than a type 1 and the rockers can seize and hurt the rockers. Oil grooves in the rocker sharfts most likely will cure the problem.

My long time, Farmer on this forum, have sold some ratio rocker sets for the WBX engines over the years and he might be able to fill in with more info on thge seize matter.

The wbx rockers went up to a 9mm adjuster , then on up to 10mm.

Other than the adjuster size, the wbx rocker assembles are practically identical to T1's, and any rockers offered for T1's will work. It is a good idea to buy quality forged components and use solid spacers and endplay shims since the wbx has a dual valve spring stock, and an oiling groove on the rocker shafts sure helps.

But this is the first I've heard of wbxs having less oiling at the rockers. Why is that? It's not because of the hydro lifters; that's a baseless myth.
