need a 'conversion' part

the AFM i have is from an air-cooled vanagon and the mounting bolt holes to the air cleaner are in a different location. i've been told that the top of the vanagon air box is the same dimensions as the 412 unit so... does anyone have a spare vanagon unit they would part with so that i can have a good mount of my AFM to airbox/cleaner?
