reVOLKS.com window rubber
Anybody bought window rubber from this place lately?
From their site:
After more than a year of searching for replacement rubber seals, we finally had them made.
If you are also searching for T4 seals
Any other ideas for side and rear on wagon?

I have dealt with Revolks in the past and they can be excruciatingly slow to work with. But they have the upper hand, as they are the ONLY source claiming to have Type 4 window seals. In 2005 I bought their window seals slitted for chrome trim. See some past forum posts with info on Revolks seals here (2002):

and here (2006)--scroll down until you see my post:

As a final note, when my resto shop did my 412 wagon in 2006, the Revolks seals worked OK but some seals were TOO LONG and and to be shortened and the seams reglued. So much for their supplier's quality control. Also I would not bother with their 412 taillight seals--I never could figure out how to make them stay on, so I just re-used my old seals.

just following up on ReVolks....I sent them my money back in August last year, Nadine emailed me just before Christmas 2007 saying it was sent. I never received this and have since talked to her via email. I was told by her that they have had problems sending overseas but she would resend my order, but that was several months ago I have not got a reply from any of the many emails I have sent the company. I know USPS supply a track number within the US and have had several items sent from the US normally within a 2 week period. I would of though a professional company would have some from of insurance to cover against lost item such as this?....does anyone have any ideas??? I would obviously really like the window seals I ordered or my money back approx $400 US. It is just that I have now waited for a really long time and not having received any emails from any of the 4 email address's I have sent to for several months now...I am a very patient person but I would just like to know what was going on really.....I am not trying to bag the company or it's people but would really like some answers please......

I have found a place that can supply window rubbers for the 412. They have front and rear (sedan) in stock but I don't know if they have rear rubber for the estate (variant).
They are in Holland and I found the link throught the Dutch club.
mailto@keverspecialist.nl
Front 49 Euros
Rear 43 Euros
I'll order some and let you know what they are like.
Also I had a really helpful email from Jan Peter de geus who has a contact who makes rubbers up to order. I have his name and contact details. His name is Jo Raeven. He has no email and his English is unsure so Jan offered to act as a third party. Let me know if you want his contact details.

I received the rubbers in just a few days from the Netherlands. I have tried the rubber on the front windscreen and it fits really well. It's the rubber with the slot for the chrome insert so when it's fitted it will look original. I have not yet tried the rear rubber.
It seems with the time everyone is spending waiting for ReVolks, they might as well contact the Dutch club and order them from there?

Thanks for the link to this one Kieron
The screen rubber turned up last week and was fitted at the weekend.
It is a good fit with the profile identical to the original one fitted to my 412
The trim and went back in nice and easy as well...now need to wait for some rain to see if it has stopped the leaks!
