bill,,you have the description in the méc. book for that,,, but if you d,t have the book,,,first adjust your wire cable for to cut the power contact on the slider ,on this slider you have 3 positions ,,off,,low and hight speed ,, you have 2 ajusting screws on the wire cable ,, one on the flapp door ( on the fan motor ) and one on the slider arm,,and make sure you have the retaining clip on the wire enveloppe , the wire envelope is clip-on ,, on the slider frame ( if the clip is gone use tagwrapp ),, if the wire envelope moove you d,t can put ,,off ,,,the swith,,or slider arm,, and if the plastic pin is broken in the slider , take the lefgth side pin and slider for to put on the right side slider , they are reversable ,, and use a bolt for the lefgth side ,, on the lefgth side , you d,t have the électrik contact and you can put a bolt for the slider ,,and put the sylicone grease afther on the slider ,, this slider is only for the air direction,,on the front glass or for the front dash,,the fresh air on the glass is for to remoove the umidity ( and the frost during the winther ,) albert

Thanks Albert! I got the cables moving the Frt. box using the cut out side not the middle part flap arm which seems to have a place for the cable too... I used a big washer and small bolt and nut on the side that has a big slot on the side and the cable goes to the little arm on the passenger side with a little end clip. I see the switch wiring but it goes up to the middle top noways zone driver side Frt. air box near the wiper motor.....I could only wonder the leafs in there!!!... I think I can patch the vinyl rips in the hoses with that paint on tape stuff and turning it till it drys.. Thanks again for the info! Bill

Hey Albert, I couldn't get any fan action; The switch looks beefy but does catch when it gets to the contact area. Need to put a test light on those wires! I think I found both little side Def. vent hoses off; I also seen a missing screw for the main windshield vents...Alway something! Thx Bill
