What kind of seats people have here on a performance vw?

I had before momo t-frame racing seats with rollcage, but racingseats felt a bit too much for the street.

Now i am considering OMP Design 2, which looks much more comfortable, even if use 4-point belts.

Recaro KR.

Many seats are too wide, so don't assume they will fit.

Glenn, how wide are your seats? OMP Design 2 seats are 510mm at the bottom and 540mm measured at the shoulder point. measurement are taken from here:

I think they should fit, because my old momo t-frame seats were 500mm at the bottom and 540mm at the shoulder point, direct measurements are taken from here.

I'm using Corbeau FX1 Pro seats which just barely fit in a 73 super beetle. Limited to a 36" waist though, any bigger and you'll crack the fiberglass.

I use some Corbeau seats (link below) with 4 point harnesses for daily driving and some road rallies. I've also done road trips with them sitting for 3+ hours at a time. I love them and they're not too expensive.
