I have located a '65 VW bus camper for sale and am considering buying it. The owner is advertising it as a S042 Westfalia, HOWEVER it does NOT have a pop top. After doing some research, I've noticed all of the S042 Westfalias I've come across did have the pop up tents. The bus I'm looking at is all orginal..it does have jalousy windows and a camper interior....No pop top. Is the seller correct in calling a S042 Westfailia or is this an EZ Camper? Thanks, John

I just happened across this info on http://www.so-42.com It says the pop-top was an option. : " Pop-Up Top (opcional equipment)
A pop-up top was available as an optional accessory, like the roof rack and the side tent.
M-code: B42 and C42 means a SO-42 westy with pop-up top."
