Beautiful car! Which seats have you installed to your car? Is the rear seat still foldable? I love the original type 4 front seats (they are even better than my Saab 99's) but wagon model's rear seat is too flat. I'd even say it's pretty uncomfortable...

The rear backrest looks really great and fits like it was made for this car. Did you use Mercedes-padding also for the rear seat-cushion? What about the front seats. Are they still foldable? I believe Audi 200 was available only as 4-door model, so i guess it didn't have foldable back-rests. Are you going to relocate the battery to the front boot? Anyhow, the result looks great and the leatherette looks very "period". Lots of work to achieve original, subtle look with desired extras!

yes ,,lahti411,, the front seat too,, are foldable,,only one screw to remoove each side for the possible foldable on the audi seat ,,but we have need to use a jetta or golf lock ,for to lock,,and you have a slut in the audi frame ( like the 412 ) for the lock handle,, and yes the battery now is in the front truk,,i prefair that for 2 reasons,, one, is for the acid vapor in the car ,,like the audi too,,,but on the audi we have a small tube on the battery for the vapor suction in the charcold filter,, and the secon reason was for my électric seat, the électric union for the battery extention wire onder the front seat can serve for to put an ,,antitelf,,and the power ( with a fuse ) FOR THE FRONT SEAT,, albert
