hello,,RAY,, i have work for to change the wather valve on the stearing swith by a micro-swith for to obtain an électrick windshield washer ,, that work fine like the new car tooday,, that take only ,,1 électrick motor ,,1 relay and 1 micro-swith,,we can doo the modification in one hr,,albert

yes,,like that,, but witch a différent model of the swith,,like 1/4 diam. x 1'' 1/4 LONG,round ,but your model look more strong,, she is good for 15 amps,,and we save the extra realy witch your swith,,

Albert, now I have seen it, looks fine!
A wery neat model probably better than my big switch. I also thought of finding a '74 or later super beetle wiper switch, they had electric flushing from factory at least in our country, think it should fit(?).

LARS,,go to look on ,,,,bughouse.com,,,,in her cataloge you can see all the model for type1 to type4 they sale that appx. 100$ électric section,,

i have change my tech. if we look on this,, lars ,,pict. you can see the steell plate like a spring onder the white push pin,,, i have replace this steel plate witch the same bent by a cupper plate more long ,, one side is screw like that on one side witch a wirer onder the screw,, and on the secon cuper screw and nut ,we screw another wire,, wend the push pin push the cupper plate that geeve the contact,,on the flat nut and witch that we have a new swith,,not nécessary to put a spring onder the cupper plate ,,the cupper plate is able to keep her original spring for long time for this small utilisation,,we adjust the end of the cupper plate just for to clear the nut, in the normal position ,,and i have take the 12 volts on the parking light in the trunk plus a small fuse 2-3 amps for to doo more safe for the motor pump and the new swith ,,,, albert
