That I wanted a Karmann Ghia hardtop to restomod, and after looking at pictures, I am apparently going to do a drop top, too. I love my wife. Hers will be mild and mine will be wild. Just felt I needed to share.

Keep us posted on progress. Ghia builds are not that common anymore.

It may be a while. Got to find the right ones! Ghias are getting pretty hard to find, and the owners don't like to part with them.

Thanks FJC. It's your Ghia and the writeup you did that made me decide on a Ghia over a beetle. I was looking at pictures and she said "What is that?". Then she spotted a 'vert and it was game over.
