EMPI rear HD sway bar mounting pics or instructions?

Please, I purchased an T2b EMPI rear sway bar, but it arrived without any mounting instructions. Does anybody have pics of their install, or original instructions sheet from EMPI? The instalation of L brackets with downward links seem straightforward but I´m not able to figure out front attaching points. Thank you very much, I hope to have it installed before weekend.

First of all I can't believe that an EMPI product came with inadequate instructions , I have never done a bus rear before. Judging by what RatWell has posted it this looks a lot like the IRS beetle kits I have seen;
