I bought a 71 Thing and its Engine No is BB1037935 its a Type 127 (47-3600 Rpm) Engine. Does anyone know about this Engine and how is it different from a normal Thing Engine, what parts I should look out for which will be different from the normal.

Do you have a picture of your setup? More info might help as well.

Déjà vu...guess you didn't see my response to the first time you asked this question. 127s are industrial engines from the Type IV family, with almost nothing in common with a "normal" (Type I) Thing engine...other than the fact that they're both 4-cyl horizontally-opposed and aircooled.
