I have a whole long axle set up. I bought the trans just for the gearing and swapped my short axle set up on it. It includes everything to bolt to a trans. The only thing you'll need are the nuts to bolt the tube to the trans.

Bolts to the bearing caps
Inside and outside spacer for the bearing and drum.
