hello,
I'm Bart from Belgium,
I'm building an oxyboxer.
I have a little problem with an oxyboxer engine case.
I removed the waterjackets and now i can see a mark of a plug from an oil galery.
see the pictures.
do I have to remove it or can I leave it like it is.
I am affraid that it will pop out by the oil pressure.
greets
bart

Re: oil plug oxyboxer
That's directly off the main oil galley, when you start up cold it will have 80+ psi behind it. And you've milled away at least half of the plug. So what to do depends on how lucky you feel.

Re: oil plug oxyboxer
I pulled out mine on my oxyboxer project. Will put in a threaded plug instead.
