4 Lug to wide 5 Disk question

Just an idea for the future, and funds.
I have the CB performance 4 lug disk brake kits on my Baja. Can I just swap the 4 lug rotors for the wide five without changing the brackets or brakes?
Offset and with is not a problem. I just like the look of 5.
