The 1.7l heads were identical for both carbed and fuel injection. There were a couple of different letter codes one of which had some slightly better casting qualities (Q letter code I believe)......but....in general the heads from a bus are very poor cores to start with because the heavy weight of the bus made for frequent overheating and was very hard on the heads.
To be worth adding to an engine they should be completely rebuilt...that means new valves, springs, guides...checking for cracks which you should expect with bus heads....andprobably a light skim of the cylindeer seating areas to make sure they are flat...pluss replace all of the studs for the exhaust. You need to make sure you use a shop that has experiencee with type 4 heads...not type 1,2 or 3 heads. That experience is good but no substitute for real knowledge of type 4 heads.
I would not just take bus heads off of a bus engine and then put them on another engine as is.
Sorry I just realized that you are using the whole engine....but the same goes. Go through the heads.
Also if your 411 is injected....there will be some retuning to do. The bus had considerably lower compression in its 1.7L engine than the 411....hence the bus got about 67hp and he 411 with FI got 82 hp. If you have D-jet its going to be hard to tune. The bus had dished pistons and the 411 had domes.
