Clutch slave cylinder

One of the mechanics at my friend's shop purchased a 4-speed Type IV and so far they haven't been able to find a replacement slave cylinder for it. Would appreciate it if anyone could point us towards one (good-used would be acceptable).

I have some spare 4 speed parts I am wanting to get rid of, including one working slave, and a spare slave with a few rebuild kits. Also have a trans, shifter parts, hanger bars, pretty new clutch disc, flywheel, blah blah blah. Where abouts is your friends shop?
