Does the Blue Brake Hose have to have clamps?

Does the Blue Brake Hose have to have clamps or would it be a good idea to use those FI hose clamps ?

No hose clamps necessary, the hose fits really tight if you get the good stuff.

I wouldn't clamp that hose, it would only ruin the plastic barbs of the resivor/inlet. The factory didn't.

if you intent to have the brakes pressure bleed at any time you can fit clamps to the hose, just do nor over tighten them, I have done this on some of my cars as only power bleeding would give me a good pedal.

Our shop has power pressure bled many thousands of cars and non of them have had clamps on those lines.
