From what I've read try and stay away from using lots of 90 degree bends. I read that one 90 degree bend was like adding 3 foot of straight pipe to the total length of all your tubing. The reduced use of 90* bends seamed more important to intercooler installers.

Where is your fuel entering the system? At the port? Our junkyard scavenged systems are nowhere near max efficiency. Plumb it so it fits, and walk away. Every front mount intercooler setup has plenty of 90° bends.
