break in oil?

What is a good oil for breaking in new engine, and how soon should I change it?
brad penn break in 30 wt is what I use.
I like to change it after cam break in, then go to regular brad penn racing oil and change again in 100 miles or so just to be safe.
Biggest thing is using an oil with ZDDP for your flat tappet cam. Most oils produced today do not have ZDDP.
