What Is It?

I've had this turbo for about ten years. I removed it to put in my 67 about four years ago (It's getting there).
It has ball bearings and was on a EFI 2007.Can anybody ID it?

You're gonna have to take more pictures and supply some spec n°.

Exhaust side was a .63. I changed it to a .48. Head temps went up a little, but it got rid of the lag.
