You need a trans before that,LOL this would be a good time to shop for one,when my Dad owned Mac's Transmission's we were always slow right before x-mas ,, think about it,,, People will buy stuff for their family before even thinking about their car's/truck's trans,LOL

Oh I have no intention in buying something like that! Just thought it was fun to see what was happening out there. I will be ordering my trans before the end of the year for sure. My kid doesn't need any Christmas presents this year anyway!

What about speeduino? An open source standalone fully programmable ecu based on arduino..

You can buy a kit on ebay for around 120 dollars, an arduino and you need to make a casing for it and a wiring loom..
I don't really know that much about all the different ecu's on the market and their features but this one looks very good for the price..
