exhaust tips?
ok so I am putting on new exhaust tips, the originals are crusty and dented from hitting something. Got the clamps off and lubed them up good with pb blaster.....both I can pull out about and inch or so and then it feels like they catch on something, I don't see a set screw on muffler or anything? Also the originals have a indentation along one side like there is something in the muffle to line it up? The replacement ones are just round no notch? Again any help would be great, thanks! Sorry pick is upside down!!

Re: exhaust tips?
drive it with the clamps removed for a while... they'll eventually loosen up and come out... otherwise, they're probably improperly installed and flared/rusted inside the muffler and you may end up having to cut them out... if you can without destroying the muffler.
I have found them completely missing more than once. - PILEDRIVER
