Weber progressive to a synchronous carb

Post by advinnie »

Hi all, is there any Weber progressive carb experts out there?
I’ve seen a kit that turns the Weber progressive to a synchronized carb, has anyone ever done this or ever heard of anyone doing this ?
My progressive is running great and I do get full throttle with my home made linkage but was interested in this progressive to synchronized carb kit.

What is the advantage? I've driven enough cars that give way too much throttle air too soon before the revs can wrap up. The car feels very "stabby" when you touch the gas.

THROW THE PROGRESSIVE UP IN THE AIR AND SHOOT IT WITH A 12 GAUGE SLUG... IT IS KILLING YOUR ENGINE...
