Hello everybody, has anybody tried out the type 4 914 3 stud cylinder heads from AA? Offered both in 42-36 valve sizes, and 44-36.
Any reviews?

Bought two sets already. The casting quality is nice. The exhausts use the same guides as the intakes, which is a plus. Too soon for anyone to give any real feedback. You need to put YEARS on a set before you can really give feedback, and it depends on the builder of the heads. I think you'll be happy with the 42x36 set. Doubt you'll gain anything besides additional valve weight with the 44.

Clatter this is probably a dumb question but are the LN heads per unit or for a pair? I looked and looked but didn't see the distinction. I'm guessing its a per unit price.

At $3750, it better be a pair...
Not even that place charges over 7 large for a set of heads.
