Heat Riser Temp
Anybody ever shoot the heat riser section of their intake to compare the temperature to the actual exhaust? I am wondering how hot a functioning heat riser should read?

Did you say 170º F?
I can't imagine holding my hand on that temp for even a second... that's the kind of temp that will blister quickly. 110º maybe? 110º shower is pretty hot... some foks can handle it... but 170 is a fair bit shy of boiling... but not enough to hold my hand on it.

I have found them completely missing more than once. - PILEDRIVER

Re: Heat Riser Temp
Can anyone with a functional heat riser just shoot the thing with an IR Thermometer and answer the question?
