Honda j35 million questions..

I have taken the plunge and I am working on pulling a j35 out of a 02 odyssey to put in my baja. I’ve seen a million out there and nothing really documented online to help out in this endeavor. I would love any input on people that have done a Honda in a baja so I can grab as much info as I can.. Things like how to bypass egr, does the coolant neck stick out too far that it will hit the firewall. How to flip the intake. What did you run for a fuel set up. And just any issues or things people did on the install. Where did you get your harness or how hard is it to modify a harness.. I want the radiator out back so what mounting system for the radiator or best location. Solid motor mount or rubber possibly prothane? I’ve never run a conversion in a vw always been straight vw motors..
