high oil pressure

new build 1914 by a good shop. if it has a high cb pump. The problem is on the start-up oil pressure is about 85-90 and the oil comes out of the dipstick. when the oil warms up and leaks to about 1 .75 quartz of oil; the pressure will drop to about 35.

How much oil are you putting in the engine?

I am putting in 3.5 qts (cover extra hose and filter) I put a breather on the oil fill tub which seems to help. start-up pressure is now a out 60. hot drops to about 25.

Looks like the oil pressure is going down which is good
